What is Home Style Menu anyway..??
To dine in at Imani villas, we provided for you a home-style menu with no price. For guest that stay at Imani for more than a week & plan to dine in Imani, we recommend that you choose this method cause it will save you more.
With home-style, all meal that you order will be charge on a cost basis. The system is very simple and works like this: You tell us what you want..give us groceries money and we will do the shopping and preparation. We charge back to you the materials at cost, plus a handling charge of 20%

It’s like what you do at your home with your cook, right..
To minimize interference with your activities, you might find it easiest to give the cook a sum of money to cover your meal expenses throughout your stay. This prevents the villa staff from coming to you and asking for money every time they go shopping for you. Please note that if you prefer to pay day by day, you may. The choice is yours.
The staff will shop for everything necessary to make your meals. They will present you with receipts as proof of every purchase, and keep a running tally of expenses. Please note that there is a 20% surcharge on all items purchased by villa staff.

Fried Sunny side up of flipped, Poached, Soft or Hard Boiled

With your choice of cheese, onion, ham, tomato or mushrooms

Lemon or Banana, served with honey or sugar syrup

Oatmeal Porridge

Homemade Muesli with Plain Yoghurt

Light Lunch Asian – Indonesian

Gado Gado Salad – Indonesian dish of steam vegetables, including potato, green beans and carrot, boiled egg. Fried Tempe, served with a delicious peanut sauce

Pakis Urap Salad – A spicy local dish of steamed snake bean, bean shoots, with grated coconut and fern tips

Ayam Pelalah – Shredded Chicken with spicy fresh chilies and lime dressing, served at room Temperature

Soto Ayam – Hearty Maduran Chicken Soup served with noodles

Curry Laksa – A spicy seafood or chicken based stock with vermicelli noodles with bean sprouts and egg

Tofu Sambal Tomat – Pan grilled Tofu with a Tomato Chilli sauce

Lumpia – Indonesian Spring Rolls lightly fried vegetarian spring rolls

Mie Goreng – Lightly Stir – fried egg noodles with vegetables

Nasi Goreng – Fried rice served with Chicken Sate, Sliced Egg Omelette and Prawn Cracker and Sambal

Selection of Sates – Marinated Tender meat, chicken, beef seafood skewers, grilled and served with peanut sauce and steamed rice.
